Success story

Levanto group

"The link between DISH and AFAS works extremely well!"
LEVANTOgroep is a care organisation that helps people participate in society. Participants are supported in living, working and learning, such as in Brasserie Kasteel Wijnandsrade. Here, they work with Roltex cash registers. Koen Brouwers, Application Manager AFAS: 'Roltex was chosen because DISH could be linked to AFAS, our accounting package. And that works brilliantly!'

"LEVANTO Group More Efficient with Roltex Cash registers: Brasserie and Emma Nova Benefit"

The brasserie is enthusiastically visited by hikers and cyclists, and weddings and coffee tables are organised. Participants help in the kitchen, service and shop. Joyce Jaminon, LEVANTOgroep Financial Administration Department Coordinator: 'There is a very nice, positive atmosphere in the brasserie. We also use it as a meeting place ourselves. I used to go to Wijnandsrade every month to collect the receipts and enter them into the accounts manually. Now that is no longer necessary! You will understand how happy we are with this stroke of automation. This summer we opened a second apprenticeship, in Brunssum: Emma Nova. There too, we chose Roltex's cash registers.'

"Getting used to it quickly"

'Roltex's cash registers are clear and easy to use, both in front of and behind the scenes,' says Koen. 'Together with Roltex's management, we realised the first link. Then we did the implementation ourselves. A new system always takes some getting used to. But you get used to it quickly and if I have a question, it is answered quickly and competently. The systems now communicate excellently with each other. That gives insight and overview. In AFAS, the various administrations we keep come together.'

"Fast, flawless and clear"

Joyce: 'We also started using the accounts receivable module this year. This creates and sends invoices almost entirely automatically. This saves manual work, is less error-prone and much faster. The link to the ATM also saves a lot of work. Earlier, debit card payments still had to be entered manually. For the staff, it is important that the system is clear and that they can add products themselves. That was useful in corona time, for example, with many new to-go products. Those are hopefully no longer needed, but new products are there regularly, so come and taste them!'
