A long time ago they contacted me for a new checkout system. I was renovating at the time so didn't need anything at that time. The old system was still running. After the renovation, I called to see if you could come and within a week someone was there. Joey helped me nicely and explained everything. A very nice man to communicate with. The cash register system was delivered fairly quickly. Tygo came to install and connect everything. That went perfectly. Afterwards, the training to the staff was also clear. The explanation about the booq system that I got afterwards was also quickly clear, Tygo explains everything well and has a lot of patience. After a few days of running, we ran into a few issues. This is logical as it is a new system. After a few phone calls, everything was solved. they can solve a lot remotely via their workstation. I really recommend this company, whoever you have on the phone, they all help you equally well.
